I possess over ten years of experience within the UK Higher Education sector at academic level. Currently I work at City of Glasgow College as a Project Manager (International Programmes). I am also an Associate Lecturer at City of Glasgow College, teaching Supply Chain Management to a diverse range of students in United Kingdom and International Institutions. Here I have engaged in development, evaluation of teaching, learning and assessment materials; assessment and monitoring student coursework and projects; assisting in student guidance and learning support; participate in Staff development and keeping abreast of subject and pedagogy. I worked closely with the University of West of Scotland (UWS) as a Senior Invigilator and Guest Lecturer in the delivery and evaluation of assessments. I have experience in representing COGC at global research conferences and been a guest speaker at Indonesia, China, Vietnam and Georgia.

Furthermore, I possess over ten years Industrial experience in Administration, Data Analysis, Ordering, Distribution, Stock Management, Warehousing, Team Building, Business Excellence, Change Management, Continuous Improvement, Project Management and Customer Services. Through working with global organizations as John Lewis, Geodis (IBM Projects) and Makro (Metro Group), I have achieved considerable insights into the mechanisms involved in retail supply chains and fourth party logistics providers. I am highly experienced in managing client relations/external stakeholders and providing training/workshops to different cultural background.

Throughout my career project management, customer service and having a positive outlook has been the backbone for my success.
